Catholic Diocese of Bomadi St. Charles Borromeo Minor Seminary, Imiringi Town, Bayelsa State Celebrate their Fourth inter-house sports competition/launching of the 3rd edition of the Arona Echoes Mazazine
Seminary is named after St. Charles Borromeo, Bishop of Milan. Who was a true shepherd of his flock, worked hard for the salvation of the souls entrusted to his care and worked assiduously for the good of Christians mortally.
Green House Led by Ajeboye Joseph, Ndukwe Eucharia and Dilo Lawrence (Head leader)
Blue House Led by Mrs. Emomotimi Anslem, Adeleke Matthew and Anoize Christogonus(Head leader)
Yellow House Led by Mr. Iseke Sunday Sisawu(Head leader) and Victory Kalu
Red House Led by Omiebi David and Mr. Ikenna Uwalaka(Head leader)

St. Charles Borromeo Minor Seminary was established on 27th of October, 2007 by the late Bishop Egerega, Navy Captain Rtd, with Very Rev. Fr. Joseph Opelema
as a nursing ground for young Catholic who are called to priesthood. To achieve this dream. Rev. Fr. Joseph Opelema served as rector for about two years and was transferred. Rev. Fr. Anthony Suoware
was appointed rector for about four years, was sent on further studies. The Bishop then appointed Rev. Fr. Precious Magnus Irele
the incumbent rector in 2013.

The pioneer set of students upon reaching SSS3 sat for the WAEC examination in St. Mathias Catholic group of schools. The Seminary was approved by the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education on the 24th of February, 2014. While Waec and Neco have their approval for the SSCE Examination on the 10th November, 2014.
